Elenka White Chocolate Variegato, 2.5 kg, is a premium cream for ice cream parlours and confectioners, ideal for making ice cream, ganache, mousse, cremino and dessert fillings.

With a delicate white chocolate flavour and creamy texture, the product remains easy to use even at low temperatures, making it perfect for toppings, variegato (ripple) effects or incorporation into creams. It can be used as a topping for ice cream/gelato, pancakes and waffles, or added to the ice cream base to achieve a white chocolate flavour. It can also be combined with food colourings to create toppings in different colours.

The product does not freeze or harden at sub-zero temperatures.
