The combination of Sicilian pistachios and crispy Kataifi pastry offers a creamy and crunchy texture, inspired by the famous ‘Dubai Chocolate’ flavour. It can be used as a filling, a crispy layer, a topping or incorporated into creams.
Ingredients: sugar, Sicilian pistachios, Kataifi paste (wheat flour, cornflour, water, salt), sunflower oil, milk proteins, flavourings. May contain: milk, soya, gluten, pistachios.
