Ready to use, these shells are perfect for creating the most delicious truffles.
Made from creamy white chocolate, they have a delicate and smooth appearance. They have an opening for easy filling with any semi-solid cream or praline ganache.
Recommendations for use: After filling, allow the filling to harden, then dip them in tempered chocolate and finish them immediately: roll them in cocoa powder or chocolate shavings, chocolate curls, crispearls or other desired decorations.
Dimensions: Ø 2.5 cm.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, lactose, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin E322, natural vanilla flavour.
Transport above 25°C may cause melting of the chocolate and bloom (white deposits). Changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
