Ready to use, these shells are perfect for creating the most delicious truffles. Made from creamy milk chocolate, they have a delicate and smooth appearance.
They have an opening for easy filling with any semi-solid cream or praline ganache.
Recommendations for use: After filling, allow the filling to harden, then dip them in tempered chocolate and finish them immediately: roll them in cocoa powder or chocolate shaving, chocolate curls, crispearls or other desired decorations.
