Digital machine for melting and maintaining chocolate at the desired temperature (melting or working).
Made of heat-resistant, shock-proof plastic.
The tray and lid are made of stainless steel and are removable.
The digital front panel and the silicone probe, positioned inside the bowl, allow to programme and maintain the chocolate temperature precisely.
The digital control panel manages the working mode of the machine's internal resistance to optimise the desired results and displays the temperature of the chocolate in the vat, which is constantly measured by the probe inside the machine's vat.
The digital display also indicates suggested values for tempering different types of chocolate; it can be manually programmed, with 3 different preset programmes, depending on the type of chocolate used: white, milk and fondant (dark).
The indications on the digital display panel help the operator to carry out the various tempering phases or to keep the chocolate at a certain working temperature.
