Exquisite pieces of extra dark 50% cocoa chocolate, specially designed to create high quality ganache cream. You can also use them to fill choco bon bon and enrich with the finest chocolate flavour. Thanks to its free-flowing properties, it lends itself perfectly to the creation of moulded subjects, Easter eggs and chocolate bars.

Medium - low fluidity.

Transport above 25°C may cause melting of chocolate and bloom (white deposits). Changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
