Joypaste is a line of concentrated fruit flavoured pastes for use in ice cream and confectionery production. Thanks to the flavoured pastes, you can create any composition, enhance the taste and give colour to ice cream or confectionery. Fruit Joypaste is recommended for flavouring ice cream, mousse, cream and cakes. JoyPaste with apricot flavour that will help you to make particularly tasty creams for cakes or ice cream with a wonderful taste. Dosage for ice cream: 80-120 g / 1 kg of composition Dosage for confectionery: 60-90 g / 1 kg of composition Flavour: Apricot Quantity: 1.2 kg.Ingredients: sugar, apricots 30%, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), flavourings, thickening agent: pectin (E440), colouring agents: beta carotene (E160) and paprika extract (E160c).
