Joypaste is a line of concentrated fruit flavoured pastes for use in ice cream and confectionery production.
Thanks to the flavoured pastes, you can create any composition, enhance the taste and give colour to ice cream or confectionery.
Fruit Joypaste is recommended for flavouring ice cream, mousse, cream and cakes. Blueberry flavoured JoyPaste that will help you to make particularly fragrant creams for cakes or blueberry ice cream with a great taste.
Dosage for ice-cream: 80-120 g / 1 kg of composition
Dosage for confectionery: to taste
Flavour: Blueberry

Ingredients: sugar, blueberries 27%, glucose syrup - fructose, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), colouring: black carrot and caramel extract (E150a) - E133, natural flavours, thickening agent: pectin (E440).
