These printed wafer sheets are ideal for adding personalised or themed decorations to cakes. They can be applied to various surfaces such as sugar paste, marzipan, buttercream or sponge cake.

Instructions for use: Apply a thin layer of neutral gel to the surface of the cake or pastry, carefully place the wafer on top (this product is fragile), then pour a thin layer of neutral gel over the wafer to provide protection, elasticity and, at the same time, to enhance the quality of the printed image (the wafer must be sandwiched between two layers of neutral gel). You can use a silicone brush to spread the gel more easily over the wafer.

Decoration size: 5–9 cm

Ingredients: wafer (potato starch, water, sunflower vegetable oil, maltodextrin), water, ethanol, humectant: E422, colourings: E151, E122, E133, E102, E110, emulsifier: E433.
