Edible image printed with food colouring on a wafer.
These printed wafers are ideal for creating personalised or themed decorations on cakes. They can be applied to various surfaces such as sugar paste, marzipan, buttercream or sponge cake.

Instructions for use: Apply a thin layer of neutral gel to the surface of the cake or sponge; place the wafer carefully on top (this product is fragile); pour a thin layer of neutral gel over the wafer to protect it, elasticity and, at the same time, to enhance the quality of the printed image (the wafer must be sandwiched between two layers of neutral gel); you can use a silicone brush to spread the gel more easily over the wafer.

Ingredients: wafer (potato starch, water, sunflower vegetable oil, maltodextrin), water, ethanol, humectant: E422, colourings: E151, E122, E133, E102, E110, emulsifier: E433.
