Description
Choux Cube mould for Cookmatc. The possibilities to create perfect dishes with Cookmatic are expanding. Four different moulds to make always perfectly shaped pate à choux: cube, cylinder, eclair round and rectangular. Raised grooves around the perimeter of the moulds allow steam to escape, evenly. The dough expands during baking, becoming hollow, ready to fill.
