Description
Rectangular Choux Rectangle mould for Cookmatc. The possibilities to create perfect dishes with Cookmatic are expanding. Four different moulds to make pate à choux always perfectly shaped: cube, cylinder, round and rectangular eclair. Raised grooves around the perimeter of the moulds allow steam to escape, evenly. The dough expands during baking, becoming hollow, ready to fill.
