The Hope praline, created by Anna Gerasi, is inspired by the Kaleidoscope concept, aiming to render the distinctive features of the GEN Z generation, the main theme of the World Chocolate Masters competition in 2022, in which Anna Gerasi participated as a competitor and placed 4th, being the only woman to reach the final.
Anna Gerasi is an entrepreneur with multiple passions who runs the historic Piccinelli patisserie in Brescia, which she runs with her brother.
