Description

Premix in powder form with Vanilla flavour specially designed for making cold mousse products, Bavarian and cold desserts. Contains no vegetable fat and gluten.

Instructions for use:

Joydessert Premium Vanilie 300 g
Water (10-15°C) 300 g
Whipped cream1000 g
Mix Joydessert Premium Vanilie with water using a whisk; gradually add the unsweetened whipped cream, prepared in advance. Place in the appropriate moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for at least 40 minutes.
Store in the fridge (+4°C).

Quantity: 1kg.

Ingredients: sugar, animal gelatine (bovine), starch, flavourings, vanilla seeds, colouring: beta carotene. May contain traces of soya and milk. Gluten free.
