Description
Professional Pavocake mould, made of food-grade platinum silicone, for 3D Cakes. Mould has 1 cavity; volume 550 ml. Shape Dimensions: 16.6 x 10.3 x h 4 cm Pavocake moulds are ideal for making sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products. The moulds withstand temperatures from - 40°C to +250°C. This innovative product has been developed by Pavoni Italia together with Pastry Chef Antonio Bachour, to enable confectioners all over the world to create spectacular cakes, not only in terms of flavour but also in shape, with a three-dimensional effect. Forma PX4363 is used to create centre parts/inserts with a different composition.
