Step 2 - Roll out the dough sheet, previously rolled out on the mould, and spread it on the surface of the tray. Step 3 - Pass the merdeneaua over the rolled out dough and the cut out shapes will fall, evenly arranged, onto the tray. Step 4 - The tray, with the shaped products, can be placed in the oven.
