The micro-perforations allow an optimal transfer of heat to the product, baking it perfectly and evenly. For optimum heat transfer to the products and perfect baking, the use of perforated trays is recommended. The shape has a high degree of non-stick properties which guarantees perfect extraction of the products from the cavities after baking. For the realisation of products with a special appearance, in combination with this mould you can use 36.229.87.0065 and TOP07S.Tips for the use of microperforated silicone moulds: 1.
