Gastronomy



Contains moulds made of food-grade silicone, with multiple uses in confectionery and gastronomy.
Sweet or savoury, hot, baked or frozen, cream or mousse, flan or biscuit, all can be impeccably modelled to create decorations or modern gastronomic products.
The dimensions of the moulds are the same for all models, namely 30 x 40 cm.
The main qualities of the Silicon moulds:
Elasticity - the products are easy to pull out;
Heat resistant - resistant to temperatures from - 40 °C to + 280 °C;
Non-stick - the products do not stick to the sides of the moulds;
Easy to sanitise - by hand or in the dishwasher.
