The Pavocake moulds can be used for freezing or baking Cakes, Mini Cakes or other sweet or savoury Confectionery-Gastronomy products.
The range contains: individual moulds for the realisation of one product or polycarbonate trays with several individual moulds.
The main qualities of the silicone moulds are:
Elasticity - products are easily extractable;
Heat resistance - resistant to temperatures between -40°C and +250°C;
Non-stick - products do not stick to the mould walls;
Easy to sanitise - even in the dishwasher.
