Formaflex range, Unique shapes
Contains professional moulds made of food-grade platinic Silicon, with classic models, for the production of: Cheques, Cakes, Cake tops, Cakes, Tarts or other types of products, sweet or savoury, baked or frozen.
Some models are provided with a ring for fixing the mould on the upper part of the mould's edge, which acts as a hardening agent. The ring can be used for both baking and freezing but cannot be used in microwave ovens!
Main qualities of Formaflex silicone moulds:
Elasticity - extraction of the final products is very easy and the moulds remain intact;
Heat resistance - resistant to temperatures between -40°C and +250°C;
Non-stick - products do not stick to the mould walls;
Easy to sanitise - by hand or in the dishwasher.
