Surogat White Chocolate Decorations perfect for decorating all your pastry creations! The glossy surface of these sprinkles gives your desserts an elegant finish, and the delicate flavour blends perfectly with all confectionery, pastry and bakery products.
Gluten free.
Size: thickness 0,5 mm and width 1,5-3 mm.
Quantity: 1 kg.
Ingredients: sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernel, coconut), skimmed milk powder, soya lecithin emulsifier, flavours.
Transport above 25°C may cause melting of chocolate and bloom (white deposits). The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
