Water-Soluble Liquid Food Colorant (dilutes with water)

Can be used to tint various types of food products, doughs, creams or their decorations, semifreddo desserts, mousses, glazes, whipped cream, shortcrust pastry, sugar paste, fondant, gum paste, marzipan, and other confectionery products.
Not suitable for coloring chocolate or other products with a high fat content!
Recommendations:
It is recommended to use the colorant gradually, in small doses, until the desired shade is achieved.
Ingredients: Water, colorant (azorubine 1.28%), acid (citric acid), colorant (tartrazine 0.22%), preservative (potassium sorbate).
