Food Colouring, Spray Velvet, based on cocoa butter, ideal for coating modern confectionery products and perfect for decorating frozen dishes.
With this Spray Colourant you get the velvet effect decoration.
Colour: Yellow
Capacity: 250 ml.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, sunflower oil, food colouring (concentrated lemon and saffron), propellants: E943a, E944, E943b.
Usage:
Shake the tube well before use.
Spray Colourant must be kept at a temperature of 20 / 25 gr.C, at least 2 hours before use. Otherwise it can be warmed in a hot water bath.
The product on which this type of colourant is applied must have a temperature as low as possible, between - 18⁰C and max. 2⁰C.
Spray a thin, homogeneous layer of the colourant onto the surface of the frozen product from a distance of about 50 cm at regular intervals.
Constantly rotate the product while spraying with the Velvet Spray in order to evenly distribute the product over the surface.
Clean the spray nozzle with warm water immediately after spraying!
Products to be applied must be frozen or very well chilled! Only then you will get the velvet effect on the surfaces! The recommended setting time before consumption is 1 hour!
