CrumbOle® are crunchy products, specially designed and prepared, ready to use. They are suitable for multiple uses: as a decoration for artisan ice-cream, as a crunchy base or crunchy insert in cakes, semifreddo, as well as for various applications in confectionery and beverage.

With its unmistakable Otto Caramel biscuit flavour, CrumbOle brings a surprising refinement to confectionery, ice-cream and beverages.

Ingredients: Biscuit (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed), baking powder: sodium hydrogen carbonate E500ii, salt, spices), sugar, vegetable fat (sunflower, cocoa), emulsifier: soy lecithin E322, flavourings, antioxidant: E304 fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid, E306 tocopherol concentrate, acidifier: E330 citric acid.
