Arabeschi® - a complete range of ready-to-use sauces for flavouring ice cream or confectionery. Their soft and creamy or crumbly and crunchy consistency, smooth and velvety or enriched with fruit pieces, makes Arabeschi® PreGel the everyday ally of all professionals.
Essential for decorating ice-cream cups and trays, these products also enrich the flavour of artisan ice-cream, frozen yoghurt or soft ice-cream.
Moreover, thanks to their structure, the Arabeschi line is also ideal for multiple applications in confectionery and even for the preparation of "gourmet coffee".
