Description
The Tulip non-perforated pizza peel from Cerutti Inox is a premium professional-grade peel, designed for the perfect placement, handling and baking of pizza in professional ovens. Made from anodised aluminium alloy, it combines light weight with high strength for intensive use.
The distinctive Tulip design, conceived by architect Itamar Harari, offers not only an elegant appearance but also superior functionality. The special shape and stiffening rib ensure excellent stability and precise handling, whilst the perforations allow excess flour to be removed and help the pizza glide smoothly onto the oven floor.
The milled front edge makes it easy to slide the peel under the dough, whilst the professional construction with reinforced rivets guarantees durability and safety in use.
