Description

Tray for baking bakery, patisserie, confectionery and restaurant products.
Made from heat-treated black board for greater strength and durability, ideal for high temperature cooking.
It has a non-perforated surface and 4 edges.

Board thickness: 1.5 mm

For use in static, rotary or hearth ovens.

IMPORTANT: After use, wash the tray with detergent and rinse thoroughly. Do not leave exposed to dry but wipe very well with a dry cloth (paper towel) to remove traces of water. Afterwards apply a coat of grease/oil, both inside and outside, and remove excess with a paper towel/paper towel. The tray can then be stored in a dry place, away from damp, until next use...
