Description
The machine for spreading sugar paste, fondant or marzipan is useful in any confectionery laboratory.
One of the advantages of this machine is that you can use together with the sugarpaste and silicone mats for embossed decorations, thus obtaining not only stretched but also decorated paste.

The machine has been designed and manufactured for food use, i.e. for the cold rolling of various types of sugar pastes, in order to facilitate the formation of thin sheets or discs, keeping the characteristics of the pastes used unaltered.
