Fructello Apple and Cinnamon Filling is used to fill pastries such as: tarts, tarts, pies, croissants, etc.

It can be used on its own or mixed with cream or margarine in a 1:1 ratio to obtain custards for cakes, tarts, etc.

Ingredients: apples (85%), sugar, modified starch, cinnamon (0.18%), acidity regulator: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzonate; antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium metabisulphite.
