SPRAY VELVET VELVET Silk - Milk Chocolate Food Colouring, 400 ml

Description

Food Colourant, Spray Velvet Silk without E171, oil based, which makes the decorated surface more sophisticated while maintaining colour intensity.
With this Spray Colourant the velvet effect decoration is more refined.

Colour: Milk Chocolate
Capacity: 400 ml.
Usage:

Spray Colourant should be kept at a temperature of 20 / 25 gr.C, at least 2 hours before use. Otherwise it can be warmed in a hot water bath.
Shake the tube well before use.
The product on which this type of colourant is applied must have a temperature as low as possible, between - 18⁰C and max. 2⁰C.
Spray a thin, homogeneous layer of the colourant onto the surface of the frozen product from a distance of approx. 15 / 20 cm at regular intervals.
Constantly rotate the product while spraying with the Velvet Spray in order to evenly distribute the product over the surface.

Clean the spray nozzle with warm water immediately after spraying!

Products to be applied must be frozen or very well chilled! Only then you will get the velvet effect on the surfaces!
