SPRAY VELVET Silk – Food Colouring, Pistachio Green (Pantone 388 C), 400 ml

Velvet Silk Food Colouring Spray, oil-based, which gives the decorated surface a more sophisticated look whilst maintaining colour intensity.
This colouring spray creates a more refined velvet effect.

Colour: Yellow
Capacity: 400 ml.
Usage:
The spray colouring must be kept at a temperature of 20–25°C for at least 2 hours before use. If not, it can be warmed in a hot water bath.
Shake the tube well before use.
The product onto which this dye is applied must be as cold as possible, between -18°C and a maximum of 2°C.
Spray a thin, even layer of dye onto the surface of the frozen product from a distance of approx. 15–20 cm at regular intervals.
Rotate the product constantly whilst spraying with Velvet Spray to ensure even distribution across its surfaces.
Clean the spray nozzle with hot water immediately after finishing spraying!
The products to which it is applied must be frozen or very well chilled! Only then will you achieve the velvety effect on the surfaces!
