Description

Food Colouring Spray Pink Velvet, based on cocoa butter, ideal for coating modern confectionery products.
With this Spray Colouring Spray you obtain the velvet effect decoration.

Colour: Pink
Capacity: 100 ml.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, colourings: E129, E172, E120, propellant: E943a, E943b, E944.

• Usage:
  Spray Colourant should be kept at a temperature of 20 / 25 gr.C, at least 2 hours before use.
• Otherwise it can be warmed in a hot water bath.
  
• Shake the tube well before use.
  
• The product on which this type of colourant is applied must have a temperature as low as possible, between - 18⁰C and max. 2⁰C.
  
• Spray a thin, homogeneous layer of the colourant onto the surface of the frozen product from a distance of approx. 15 / 20 cm at regular intervals.
  
• Constantly rotate the product while spraying with the Velvet Spray in order to evenly distribute the product over the surface.
• Clean the spray nozzle with warm water immediately after spraying!
  
• Products to be applied must be frozen or very well chilled!
• Only then you will get the velvet effect on the surfaces!
