Description
Professional Pavocake mould, made of food-grade platinum silicone, for 3D Cakes.
The mould has 1 cavity.
Volume: 520 ml.
Mould Dimensions: Ø external 15.3 cm; Ø internal 7.8 cm; H 4.4 cm.
Pavocake moulds are ideal for making sweet or savoury products, baked or frozen.
The moulds withstand temperatures from - 40°C to +250°C.
This innovative product has been developed by Pavoni Italia together with Pastry Chef Emmanuele Forcone, to enable confectioners all over the world to create spectacular cakes, not only in terms of flavour but also in terms of shape, with a three-dimensional effect.
The mould can also be used for the realisation of inserts for the following models: KE018S; KE019S; KE032S; KE036S.
