Description
Professional mould, made from food-grade silicone, for
: - creating inserts for confectionery products;
- decorations for the tops of confectionery products;
- creating distinctive plating displays in restaurants;
- special decorations on the surface of artisan ice cream, presented in bowls or in the trays of refrigerated display cabinets.

The mould has excellent non-stick properties, ensuring products can be easily removed from the cavities. Silicone
moulds are ideal for making sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products.
The moulds are heat-resistant from -40°C to +230°C.
1. Do not use sharp objects to clean them or to remove the food! 2
. Do not place or expose the mould directly over a flame or on a hob!
3. Do not use aggressive detergents or rinsing solutions when washing them!
