Fiamma Professional Ice Cream mould, made of food-grade silicone.

Fiamma is a high quality product designed to guarantee impeccable results, it is also suitable for making tempting pralines and candies.
The mould is highly non-stick which guarantees a perfect extraction of the products from the cavities.
The silicone moulds produced by Silikomart are ideal for making sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products.
The moulds withstand temperatures ranging from - 60°C to + 230°C

The kit consists of:

• 3 moulds, made of silicone, each consisting of 26 cavities of 12.5 ml each
• A transparent polycarbonate support tray, suitable to hold the 3 moulds

Tips for using the silicone moulds:

• Do not use sharp objects to clean them or to extract products!
