Description
Set of silicone discs for decorating modern cakes and cupcakes.
The set includes 4 silicone discs of various diameters: Ø 12, 14, 16 and 18 cm, 0.8 cm high.
These silicone discs are used to make indentations in cakes and mousses using the inverted mounting technique. To use them, place a disc on the work base inside a steel ring so that the cake is mounted face down.
