The mould is used to make decorations: 1. by pressure - from fondant, sugar paste, marzipan, plastic chocolate or other modelling pastes; 2. by collage - from chocolate, isomalt or liquid pastillage. The decoration of this product can be done with an airbrush. The realised icing crystals can be used as decorations for cakes or artistic pieces for various events.
