Professional Pavocake mould, made of food-grade platinised silicon, for 3D Cakes.The mould has 1 cavity; volume 1000 ml.Dimensions Mould: Ø 18 x h 4.5 cm.Pavocake moulds are ideal for making sweet or savoury products, baked or frozen.The moulds resist temperatures ranging from - 40°C to +250°C.The moulds can be used individually or in groups of 6 pieces at a time, on standard professional baking trays (60 x 40 cm) or plastic trays for freezing.For the production of discs, baked or frozen, used at the base or inserted inside the product, the PX061 mould with Ø 16 cm can be used.
