Description

Professional mould, made of food-grade silicone, for:

- special plating in restaurants;
- special decorations on the surface of homemade ice-cream, presented in ice-cream tins or in the trays of refrigerated display cases.

The mould has a high non-stick coating which guarantees a perfect extraction of the products from the cavities. The silicone moulds produced by Pavoni are ideal for making sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products.
The moulds withstand temperatures ranging from - 40°C to + 250°C.

Tips for using food silicone moulds:
1. Do not use sharp objects to clean them or to extract products!
2. Do not place or expose the mould directly on fire sources or directly on hobs!
3. Do not use aggressive detergents or rinsing solutions for washing!

For the realisation of the product on which this top is applied, the microperforated frame XF1920 can be used.
