Professional mould, made of food-grade silicone for: - making inserts for confectionery products - decorations for the tops of confectionery products; - making special plating in restaurants; - special decorations on the surface of artisan ice-cream, presented in ice-cream tins or in the trays of refrigerated display cases. The mould has 12 cavities; Model: Round Cavities dimensions: Ø 4 -26 x H 1-2 cm The mould has a high degree of non-stick properties which guarantees a perfect extraction of the products from the cavities. The silicone moulds produced by Silikomart are ideal for sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products. The moulds withstand temperatures ranging from - 60°C to + 230°C. Tips for the use of food silicone moulds: 1. Do not use sharp objects for cleaning or removing the products! 2. Do not place or expose the mould directly on fire sources or directly on hobs! 3.
