EasyPrint edible sheets combine the advantages of sugarpaste sheets with those of waffles. On these sheets you can print various images, photos or drawings using food printers. Features EasyPrint Sheets: - Free of sugar and gluten; - Free of oils, oils and fats; - Free of white dye - E171; - Neutral in taste; - Flexible and suitable for perfect cutting; - Similar flexibility to sugarpaste sheets, but without the drawbacks of sugarpaste sheets; - High resolution printing and very good colour retention; - Smooth and rough on both sides. You can print on both sides, obtaining different graphic effects. After printing the sheets with the chosen pattern, they can be applied to cakes or other confectionery for decoration. They can be used as they are or you can apply a layer of fat cream between the product and the Easyprint sheets, and a layer of jelly/gel on top to protect them. They can be used on products that are stored in both ambient and refrigerated environments at either positive or negative temperatures. One set contains 25 sheets.
