Silicon mould: 1 cavity Cavity volume: 710 ml Cavity dimensions: Ø 23 x H 2 cm Frame dimensions: Ø 25 x H 2 cm Tarte Grafique Kit offers confectionery and restaurant specialists a complete kit for making 4 cm high desserts, fixed on a base with a larger surface area and reduced volume. With this new working technique, sweet creations with an original aesthetic can be realised.This product is part of the Silikomart Houseware range.The kit is easy and quick to use: - the microperforated frame is used to obtain the base of the dessert from soft dough or biscuit; - the silicone moulds are used to obtain the TOP part of the product. The final result will be an irresistible palette of colours and decorations. The Silikomart kit is ideal for making sweet or savoury, baked or frozen products. The silicone mould can withstand temperatures between - 60°C and +230°C. The microperforated thermoplastic mould can withstand temperatures between - 60°C and +180°C.
