Set of Rama-Pandispan/Charlotte sheet combs

Description

Set Rama - Comb made of food-grade plastic material, with 2 patterns of decorations, corresponding to the two sides of the utensil.

The combs are used for:

1. Making thin and crispy decorations, from soft, baked doughs; very thin and narrow strips (from cigarette-sheet type dough), used to complete and decorate various types of products (ice-cream, mousse, desserts or appetisers by the glass...).
2. You can make: cigarette-type decorations by rolling out strips of dough; bow-type decorations by twisting thin strips of dough on thin merdens or on the handle of a wooden spoon, ... With imagination and passion, you can make various shapes.
   
3. Baked pastry sheets decorated with coloured stripes for rolls or cakes.
   
4. Cigarette decorations in chocolate.

The decorating part, which comes into contact with the product, is elasticated to make decorations easier.
