SABLON AIRBRUSH CHRISTMAS

Description

Flexible, transparent plastic food sand mould.
It is used to make decorations on: cakes, biscuits or cookies.

Decorations can be realised using:
1- Airbrush and liquid colourings;
2- Spray colouring;
3- Royal Icing or buttercream, in this case to obtain decorations in relief;
4- Powdered sugar or cocoa.

Place the Sablon on the top of the product. Fix the cutter on the surface of the product by inserting a toothpick in the holes at the ends of the cutter and, without moving the cutter, apply the colouring using the Airbrush or Spray tube, or the Royal Incing / Buttercream using a scraper / spatula.
