Description

Refractometer for measuring the characteristics of a liquid using refraction.The Brix Refractometer measures the sugar in food/preparations from 0 gr to 90 gr in 100 grams of solution.Measurement:- on the inclined glass prism it is sufficient to put a few drops of liquid, close the transparent lid so that the liquid spreads over the whole surface of the prism, orientate the prism in the direction of the light source and look into the eyepiece. You will see a circular field with a vertical scale, which will be intersected by the boundaries of the blue-white coloured interface. It is useful for measuring : bees honey, wine, milk, beverages, vegetable oils and more.
