Polycarbonate mould for making three-dimensional chocolate pralines. The mould consists of 3 parts. Mould dimensions: 17,5 x 27,5 cm Mould contains: 28 cavities Dimensions pralines: Ø 2,8 x h 2,7 cm. Weight approx. pralines: 12 gr. Easy to use, the moulds can be filled and emptied to create praline beds, based on a precise and clean working method. This model of professional mould has been realised following the collaboration between Martellato and the master chocolatier Massimo Carnio, in order to obtain special Pralines, with the real shape of the fruit.Details
