The polycarbonate mould for making chocolate pralines created by Massimo Carnio was inspired by his first book published in 2018, entitled "Beats of Chocolate". Matrita allows for the creation of unique chocolate moulds that capture the essence and rhythm of the creativity presented in his book. Thus, each piece of chocolate becomes an edible work of art, evoking the spirit and refinement of Carnio's work.
