Description
Pineapple flavouring gel, a heat-stable product. Used to flavour confectionery and patisserie products: creams, cakes, tarts, chocolate, Swiss rolls, sponge cakes, Easter cakes, biscuits and whipped cream.
Recommended dilution: 3–5 g/kg.

Ingredients: Demineralised water, flavouring preparation, natural flavouring preparation, solvent (propylene glycol), thickening agent (xanthan gum), preservative (sodium benzoate).
