Recommendations: If used for mass colouring of chocolate, can be added directly to melted chocolate. It can also be applied directly on the surface of chocolate products, with a brush, diluted with a little alcohol or by applying it on the inside of mould cavities, before moulding the products. It can be applied, as such or diluted with a little food alcohol, on the surface of sugar paste decorations, with a brush.
Ingredients: colouring colour: E172. Allergens: may contain traces of milk or nuts.
