The North Pole Kit consists of 3 elements:

- 2 silicone moulds; total volume: 940 ml

TheNorth Polemould can be used to freeze or bake cakes or other confectionery products, sweet or savoury, in ventilated or static, gas or electric ovens.

The mould can withstand temperatures between - 46°C and +230°C.

It can be used individually or in groups of 6 pieces at a time, on standard professional trays (60 x 40 cm) or plastic trays for freezing.
